I don't know about their rules on loli either, I hope they don't allow it, but it would be hard to moderate that on a site as huge as twitter. From the way I understand it, people find art by people who share their interests retweeting stuff.

Pixiv is garbage anyway, they require you to pay a premium subscription just to be allowed the use of sorting tools and advanced search features, no idea how a huge chunk of the Japanese population put up with this garbage + the constant invasion and flooding of deviantart weebs.

Well some are moving to nico douga that have something like pixiv, but pixiv is the "mainstream" and is the one that have more traffic, want it or not if you want to make a name of yourself you have to bite the bullet and end in pixiv, and believe it not the deviant art weebs appeared after the site got a english interface, but the japanese see them as low tier artists, there are exceptions of course but for every good one there are tons of tracers and idiots that are only there because is japanese and weeb and etc etc
Bonus: i visit the site since before the english upgrade and there was a very hilarious anecdote about how the Japanese were not willing to be infected by tumblr degeneracy, funny part Japaneses count in the big book of oppression as POC so they can't call them racist

Well in regards to guro, there's a difference between degenerate crap that's just plain hilarious, and legitimately disturbing shit that's not even trying to be edgy.

The main problem with Kancolle is that the game is EXCESSIVELY RNG intensive, even in the gameplay you dont control practically anything because everything is in automatic, RNG fucked you over? lol say good bye to your precious ship, Azur lane added now that the player also need to have the skill to do classic Torpedobeats, it doesn't help that DMM refused to branch much further after the hilarious disaster of Kancolle for Playstation vita (but they redeemed themselves after Kancolle arcade but it was already to late), another thing that the fanbase doesn't like is the almost strange refusal of adding American ships, and practically almost any ship from the allies (only 5 american ships and 3 british)
The Devilman crybaby thing only managed to pass by because it was on Netflix, there was no way in hell that it would happened on open television, and the Chinese are for some reason more free to do anything their want, for example they are recently bringing two very popular games (in china at least) to america, Azur Lane that we all know it and Girls Frontline because guns also need to be sexualized
