Nutrition issues can cause or worsen skin problems including itching. Low zinc, low vitamin A, or low vitamin B6 can all cause skin problems. Most doctors are completely clueless about nutritional issues, as they have the idea that they are only a problem in third world countries. Not true, just because healthy food is widely available doesn't mean that people are choosing to eat it, and do you think that Pixyteri has a healthy relationship with food? Because I sure don't.

gallbladder and liver problems can cause itching too as well as certain medications. If it is really bad, Atarax helps.

This itching shit is somehow worse than the futa saga, probably because it’s less horrifying and more sad.

At some point Pixy was able to go to the zoo which is nice because I’m pretty sure she’s a shut-in at this point.

She’s sad she can’t make a snowman but again with the phantom pain.

Other than that she’s just been posting about Animal Crossing mostly.

If nothing is helping, methinks that she could be dealing with neuropathic itch, which cannot be treated with conventional remedies since it is a nervous disorder and not a cutaneous one. When it flares up, it can be enough to make anyone want to claw the affected parts of their skin off, especially when relief is hard to come by.

Pretty much it's a piss poor small (if I remember correctly it's a charity funded) attempt at being a zoo based more on Texas native wildlife. Since it doesn't really get anywhere near as much funding as the San Antonio or Houston zoos. I use those two as comparison since Victoria's pretty much smack dab between those two large-ass cities.

Good lord, she’s exactly the type of Facebook local I wouldn’t be able to stand having on my timeline. Every status is the same damn whinging from her, itchy itchy itchy itchy so much pain itchy, why hasn’t anyone told her to go to the doctor or shut up about it already? Of course they’d have to word it more delicately since she’s convinced doctors want to kill her or something now, but something along the lines of “hey you’ve been complaining about this a LOT on social media, maybe you should go to urgent care since it’s obviously causing you a lot of distress?” shouldnt scare her too much.

what kind of a zoo has turtles in sad shitty terrariums on top of a kitchen counter?

I just want to give that poor turtle a hug.❤️

All the posts are missing is the old "Kami-sama! Help!".

This is all very typical of her. It's the same old thing. "I'm hurting and scared! I'm going to die! Help!". The ER is well acquainted with it at this point. Her parents probably just roll their eyes.

Like someone earlier said, I think it's a mental thing with the itching. Not being able to bathe because of the storm screwing up your utilities can make it a lot worse. She says she feels better after the bath. But that's not going to last.

She's worked up debt going to the hospital for every little thing as is.

The sad part is people had been doing just that. The no reactions on statuses is people just being burned out at this point.

I suspect the itching is a both a mental and physical issue. If she'd bathe everyday and moisturised with some lotion she'd feel a lot better. It wouldn't help with the mentally caused itching and bugs thing but it would cut down the discomfort. Then again basic hygiene is a bit out of Pixy's grasp and seems that have been since her early cow days. I'm not hopeful that she'll make the connection bathing would help with that issue.

Aren’t they doing baptisms with water guns now, for social distancing reasons?

I think some places are, but I feel like that's more of a joke than anything. If it's more common than I think, PT is going to have a mental breakdown. She's already incredibly paranoid as it is. The last thing she needs is a (fake) gun pointed at her.

Can I still baptize her by pelting her with holy water balloons?
"In the name of the... FATHER! ... the SON! ... and the HOLY! SPIRIT!"
Thank you, the mental image this gave me is hilarious and made me genuinely laugh. :lit:

What I find kind of sad is how she starts off her announcement sounding almost excited, but immediately suspects something, somehow, will go wrong at her voluntary baptism. A spiritually significant act which is meant to symbolize a more positive direction in her life, but her paranoia has such a grip on her life she’s convinced the tub will jettison her out of the church while the Almightly thunders “BEGONE, THOT”

I think being baptized is another layer of cosplay. She's not dealing with who she is or her problems.
