It's been awhile since I've been to a Pride parade, but in my experience, no. Rainbow or kink wear is far more common. I suppose Pixy really sees herself as a Sora type if she keeps wearing that poofed out wig that often.

After years of being used as the town cum dumpster and suffering a slew of vaginal infections, Pixy started to think that the swelling meant she was turning into a futa. This morphed into her being an intersex man and believing that she had a penis hidden somewhere in her abdomen that the doctors tried to remove. Her mental state has since deteriorated into mind boggling delusions. She's thrusting her body in public because "That's what men do".
Debbie is antagonizing her and feeding the delusions by telling her she's going to be forced into marriage and turned into a car ect... Pixy thinks a ghost in her room is molesting her and trying to put a wedding ring on her finger. So she now sleeps with a band aid over her left ring finger to prevent ghost marriage.
Pixy is trying to call herself Ashton and having meltdowns when people misgender her. However, she's doing nothing to try and pass. She sounds extremely feminine in videos and moves in a very feminine manner. However, because of the delusion she cannot see that other people don't see her as a man. Essentially, she thinks she passes naturally because she was born an intersex man and has a penis in her stomach.
This does not make sense of course. But that does not matter. It makes sense to Pixy. As far as she's concerned she's a man and it should be obvious.
She's had a few violent outbursts resulting in the police being called. She attacked her father. She had to go to a hotel for awhile due to these outbursts.
In addition, Pixy is dressing as Sora more and more. She may be entering a Sora Phase similar to the infamous Rukia Phase. But given her delusional state and how much worse she's getting, this will be even more damaging to her in the end.
