Those aren't earrings they're hair ties with balls on the end.

She looks way way way older than 27 in that pic.

Probably meth or something. Serious note though, I knew someone who got addicted to pills (not meth since they didn't go completely insane) and their face went from looking their age (late 20's) to looking like they were in their late 50's in a matter of around 2 years.
