Well it would make sense. The passage of time. The slowing of the metabolism. The complete denial of the fact that to lose weight you need to eat less and do more. All of these things would probably lead to Pixy blowing up a bit more.

I think she try to cut a regular bra and screw up on it. If you look at the cups....one is a circle while the other is half circle-ish shape. She probably doesn't have that much money to spend on cosplay anymore so she doing it as cheaply as possible now.

PT used to be in the size 10-12 range, which is about average for an American woman these days. Now she's probably closer to being a size 18-20. it's probably about a 50-70lb size difference, depending on body type.
