Restaurants and bars can be extremely versatile fronts for organized crime, be it money laundering, drug dealing, or insurance fraud. But I highly doubt sex trafficking would be among those rackets you can front from a pizza parlor.
The Mafia wouldn't be involved in child sex trafficking because it's an infamia and the mob in general didn't take kindly to nonces.

These are wealthy elites and high-ranking government officials. The bigwigs have plenty of more viable corporate fronts to launder any dirty money and even then, I doubt sex trafficking would be quite as viable as drug trafficking or arms trading.
Any elites like Epstein who were into that type of sick shit are more in line with the "wealthy stockbroker loves hookers and blow" kind of mindset but taken to a terrifying extreme.

There's one blog in particular, "The Secret Sun", which is dedicated to finding Satanic rites in every facet of reality. His specialty is dissecting Monday Night Football and award ceremonies.

Here's my schizo rambling for the day:
So movements like this, as well as stuff like Comicsgate and Gamergate, even the whole True Crime scene always start with something that is irrefutably true. In fact, almost all of these movements start with something that is proven and true.
But there's a cycle. The first step is the accused party reacting and firing back, delegitimizing the movement in whatever ways they can. Sometimes they sink their teeth in and refuse to let go and other times they do a decent job of pulling out when it matters. They poison the well, so to speak.
But then these movements become vessels for people who are either purposefully grifting or come off as grifting by getting involved. You can probably think of a few examples of people who have made their entire brand over discourse in these larger scale movements. By feeding into the discourse they continue to delegitimize the movement because they're not always looking for truth, they're looking to make money. So now we've got these motherfuckers poisoning the well too.
At this point, the detachment from the truth has been successful because it's no longer about the facts, it's about the politics and the drama surrounding these groups overshadows what they were trying to achieve in the first place. Any chances of getting back to the truth or to the original point of things is gone because now there's a political association and people who really don't know how to shut the fuck up shitting things up.
If you look at any "conspiracy" that started with something true you'll see they all ended up spiraling outta control in similar ways.
