Plushtubers - Playing with dolls for youtube

Like two fucking people have already tried to do threads on SML and both threads died. I don’t think this thread will be any different regardless of if its meant to be about Plushtubers in general.

Before making an OP, read up on how to make one and more importantly please keep in mind that we here at Kiwi Farms are not your personal army. Mind you this is not a PA request thread but still worth mentioning.

If you are serious about making this thread then please expand upon the OP and put some effort into it. Just two paragraphs and an image is not at all enough to make your thread good enough to get out of Prospering Grounds.

These videos have been around for a long ass time. I remember watching them in 2007/2008. Maybe I was a lonely child and could pretend I was playing with a friend while watching. The adult version of this is probably equivalent to watching a mukbang.

"mainly young teens that wanna be youtubers" > I don't watch young teens. I also don't feel the need to make fun of kids doing embarrassing shit while they're young. Show me an adult doing this and I will join in the mockery.

This shit's been around since the dawn of youtube. It was the go-to for "parody" until people learned how to animate sprite rips. Onision even does this.
 
90% of these videos are just kids with cellphones flailing stuffed animals around their rooms
Some of them are exceptional adults, like our one and only @Lucas Wolf, but adults truly passionate about plushies are far and few between (unless you count plushphiles, but they already have a thread here). SML, who could be considered the ring leader of the youtube plush doll lemmings, has had some lulzy drama over the years I think, but aside from Nintendo DMCAs it's mostly white trash infighting between the voice actors and cameramen.
Oh, there was actually some mario brothers plush video legal drama before Logan was really well known. If any of you remember this god awful web series, may plush jesus have mercy on your souls

This unholy spawn, was once a lost episode of a web show called "Mario Plush Forever". The series is basically what Logan's shtick is, with just a little more production value and voice actors actually attempting to impersonate Nintendo characters. Long story short, Machinima hires some amatuer film students to play with plush dolls, and after an entire movie's length of episodes, the last episode they filmed struck a nerve with some producer at Machinima that got reminded of his broken dick. So their contract was ripped up, and the producer sued his parents and the mohel that performed his bris. Mazeltov.
