So I made a fresh one under "altisticright" with the same email, works. Now I'm seeing lots of anime stuff with that one character from some anime about blowing stuff up being pregnant. Thankfully I joined when the farms was down so I got my yellow kiwi star (I'm starting to see the pattern here). Followed Josh and Jim right away so it was definitely lessened on my end, thank the Lord. It is pretty funny that the guy who runs the site complains of people labling the right wing lable to it (and rightfully so to be upset) but still does stuff like that.

I was maybe a little harsh, and I agree, I think it's a serious hole in the law that I don't think a Civil Court would have even the authority to close, with it being tied in with 1st Amendment and free expression principles (no matter how erroneously) to outlaw it completely at a Federal level would probably take a Supreme Court ruling, although I'm not a lawfag.
Graf has made lolsuit threats before though so I doubt anything comes of it.

Ralph didn't say that Graf is hosting illegal child porn tho. He said that Poast is for pedophiles because it's full of lolicon and that Graf is a pedophile. I think you could very easily argue in front of judge that someone who consumes lolicon is a pedophile and that a site filled with lolicon is a site for pedophiles. Show a jury/judge the kind of lolicon porn that is posted on Poast and they will easily agree that whoever jerks off to that stuff is likely attracted to children aka a pedophile.
