Considering his Twitter, it's pretty much genuine. His communicating style is unique, to say the least.
Bigger question is how he manage to escape range IP ban multiple times.
EDIT: Apparently the mods deliberately set his ban to 3 days instead of permanent apparently to spice up /vp/ and of course for the lulz. PreciousLeaf then inevitably opens a thread, roasted, then having the thread purged approx 3-4 hours later and he gets banned again, repeat ad nauseam.

Someone who I've noticed that could be considered a sperg is that BringBackNatDex guy.
Now I hate Bidoof's law as much as the next guy, but you have to admit it's kind of funny to see a guy who's made his entire online persona about bringing back a couple of missing game files for some 3D animals saying things like this:

PreciousLeaf is finally banned from r/Pokemon discord server. I was there and boy he's a toxic beggar and accusing people for being a bulli because people didn't host a Shiny Charizard raid or allegedly killing his mons in purpose even though its not possible and pretty detrimental to the progress for all players participating. He also screams "CHARIZARD" or "best girl leaf" at random for HOURS at almost 24/7.
He's confirmed to be 29 years old (wtf).

Can beta/prototype drama go here too? There's been so much over the past few days since the debug Yellow and Blue ROMs and some other files were leaked. I'll try and start it from the top. Apologizes if I get details wrong, a lot of this is ~*sekrit*~ clubs drama being spread out between Discord servers and 4chan threads over a few years.
In May 2018, some guy named Wack0 also known as ___ hacked Nintendo and other servers. He's so famous he got a news article! (archive)
He posts the Spaceworld ROMS in the pret discord server. What this place is, I got no idea, I just know they posted some disassembles of the older games on Github.
Sanqui, one of the fellas from pret, created a new server for Team Spaceworld, so they can look into the files, document it and hopefully translate it. He's not really relevant.
Team Spaceworld reverse engineers the Spaceworld ROM and planned to release it alongside with a translation patch within a few months.
Meanwhile, Wack0 shows off his hoard of data and gives it out for multiple people in related groups to look into. ROMs, Gamefreaks own game development tools and some pictures that were on Nintendo's servers. Notably, Wack0 gives data to someone named Ganix.
This guy will come into play later. People flex what they hoard, under the guise of "guys we can't share this it's sekrit people will go to jail". Too bad Wack0 got arrested anyway.
Someone gets mad, they were either from the pret or Team Spaceworld servers, who knows, but they leak the ROMs early on /vp/ in May 2018.
Damage control ensues, and the group goes quiet. They never finish the translation.
The reason the The Cutting Room Floor article went up so fast after this leaked was because they were the ones to document it first.
Ganix gives Team Spaceworld the Yellow and Blue debug roms and another group sometime during all of this as well.
Helix Chamber, one of the groups that got their hands on Wack0's leaks from Ganix, uses some of the assets to make a romhack of what would the prototype version of Red and Green versions look like, stream it for the world to see but don't tell people it's a romhack. For every Twitch donation they showed a fake Pokedex entry and got quite a hefty amount of money from it. People get mad for Helix Chamber committing fraud.
I can't find the stream but there's some articles written by Helix Chamber themselves about the entire ordeal (archive), but take it with a grain of salt because they want to make the event seem like it wasn't that bad.
Also a sidenote, they've been slowly posting about the data they got from Ganix (and probably other people involved), only posting what they deem is acceptable for the community to see. They edit files and make random assumptions about what they've been given and flaunt it as fact. Wouldn't really trust them whenever they post something if you're interested in prototypes.
Later in December 2019, a thread pops up on /vp/ that has links to unused sprites from Diamond and Pearl. An anonymous user gets mad, presumably someone who knew Ganix, and posted information about him.
I say this because many anons were both amused and shocked by the fact that Ganix owns an imageboard dedicated to furry paws (furrypa.ws) and is a brony. Assumed to be a fan of furry scat as well but I think that was just /vp/ rumors.
Side note: He also goes by the name Cyro and Xenovile. Here's his Youtube too for good measure. And Github.
And yes, Ganix, people know your real name is Austin (Fix your handwriting I can't read your last name) because you fucking doxxed yourself, not 4chan!

In response, Ganix locks his NSFW twitter. Full of furry paw art. Why? Why do you lock your furry twitter when called out? Why?
Now, over the last few days, anons who are a part of the Team Spaceworld discord start leaking screenshots regarding everything on /vp/. Lots of screenshots, all in the archives. Too many to post one by one.
Sanqui puts the Team Spaceworld discord on lockdown, so no more new screenshots.
And that's about it for now.

Sorry to doublepost but someone leaked the Gold/Silver debug roms as well as the Yellow and Blue source code and of course it's super autistic drama why wouldn't it be!
The leaks themselves are cool, and there's this weird readme in the GS debug has this message in it in the beginning:
Also, the readme has a modified file date of December 25th 2020, which is dumb until you remember the date of the DP beta leaks was around last year christmas so maybe the GS debugs was meant to be leaked purposefully instead of the DP sprites? That's just a guess though.
Anyway this time it's Helix Chamber doing the damage control. RacieB (Here's their deviantart and tumblr) is mad that /vp/ managed to learn more information and comment about both leaks even though it's "dangerous" to do so. Not sure which discord server this came from.
I've seen posts about it being from TCRF discord but I don't have the heart to sign up for it and check myself.

We've talked bout several individual members from Serebii at this point including Yami Ryu, Ryu Taylor, Cybercubed, Farla and even Joe Merrick himself. Has anything there happened as of late? I'd be amazed if so - the forums is practically a wasteland as of now.

That's why I just posted the links. If you actually spend some time at Pokecommunity in particular, there's lots of lulz to be found.
Unfortunately, it's been years since my venture, so a lot has probably changed. Just saying, it was one of the most cringe places I was ever at. And it was all 20 or 30-somethings, yet could be mistaken for 10-somethings.
And Serebii wasn't any better, but I was there for like 2 days total.

I think it's a shame Team Rocket's Rockin' closed years ago. I think they had themselves a growing forum or something, and if it was still around it would've been full of drama. There was also a site called like Pokéholic or something like that that I never checked more than a few times but had a forum as well. PokéBeach is still active, too, but I don't lurk the forums to know what's going on there. Pokémon Tower I think is dead, too.
Anyhoo I'mma bored and when you mentioned "member drama" and stuff, I had a silly thought of "Make fun of me to pass the time, I'm a long-time Pokéfag" lol. I mean hell, just today I added three plushies to my still-growing collection of Pokémon merch and I still sperg about Pokémon here and other places, call me a faggot or something until more drama comes up someplace. Kari Kamiya uses Bulk Up!
Actually before we start throwing Night Shade on each other, I don't go near the ROM hack/glitch community, but isn't there some drama going on with them or something? The beta of Red and Blue apparently leaked and there's more coming if this "Pokémon Pink" is real, the other Pokémon thread brought it up, so there might be some edit wars going on. And apparently the Mystery Dungeon remake was getting criticized by "gaming journalists" or something like that. Might've caused a scuffle somewhere.

Serebii used to be more fun 'cause it was more active and chaotic and I lowkey had schadenfreude the whole time. I totally contributed to the madness especially in the fan fiction section because hoo boy, but I honestly loved spending my time there. It was sad to watch it die, but old habits die hard for me. I have limited myself to only a few subforums at this point now, though, especially since one practically died now when the forum got its upgrade. Something about killing the post-count banners I think chased people away even though we only then got custom avatars afterwards. I dunno, the sense of fun's no longer there. The SJW-esque stuff's mainly contained to the political thread, but you'll occasionally find it brought up in the Pokémon Anime Discussion threads by random posters or in the Author's Café, which is basically lifeless at this point.
Author's Café was always the most interesting tbh. Fan fiction writers form their own tight-knit cliques even though most of them claim to want to help out new writers, but you can tell they were trying to get them to join the clique by reforming them. It was actually bad enough of a split some of the famous Serebii writers including a mod just up-and-left and formed their own forum where I think the same problems still occur. The members are fun to talk to by themselves, but when put together, it's an eerie hivemind.
The Café hasn't had stuff like that happen in ages, though. Think the last time something cropped up was I believe last year someone asked about diversity in writing, but it died pretty quickly when the OP basically got triggered by a post in the thread. Honestly was interesting timing, too, that was when the YA drama started to rear its ugly head in the worst way.
True, but Pokéfags have their moments. Something about "attacking" childhood makes them defensive, and if you poke them long enough they get into a rage worthy of lolcowdom. The broken base is real, yo.

Oh my God I know exactly who you're talking about, she's on Serebii too. It's because she realized/discovered/whatever she was bisexual because of her crush on Korrina that she brought it up everywhere. I thought she was getting better at not being obnoxious about it, but guess not. I thought she was a literal teenager or had just entered college, too, but she was fucking in her 20s when she was doing this? And I don't think it's because of autism, either, holy fuck.

I'm a friend of Jackster's and it upsets me that there are people here who like to bully him. He has autism, like me. He's really trying the best he can to be a good person, people should stop attacking others if they mess up and stuff. It only leads to more drama. I just want this world to be peaceful and happy (battles should only exist among pokemon. at least fighting isn't negative with them. but, it is with people :/)

I just never knew what else to call myself after choosing this name cuz it was the name of a beloved white version partner. lol And, cuz i'm attached to this name, i may even go by the name of LadyTriox later on. I know this all may be a bit confusing, but I hope things have been cleared up a bit now.

He's really trying the best he can to be a good person, people should stop attacking others if they mess up and stuff. It only leads to more drama.
