He's talked about going on wizchan before and he's been developing this schizophrenic leaf hallucination for like 16 years. One day he's gonna snap.

The wizchan thing is nothing to worry about, I was there when it happened, though I don't know if the threads on it were saved. During the first days of him spamming Leaf in /vp/, some anons told him to go to wizchan because he "would fit" there and nobody would bother him. So he opened a thread on wizchan, spamming Leaf and saying /vp/ was full of bullies; the wizards were shocked at such display of autism, but ultimately sent him back to /vp/ (some anons from /vp/ started fucking with him at wizchan too). But yeah, when he snaps it's gonna be messy. I can't believe how he reacted over the latest pokémon masters announcement.

How does he even live on his own if his parents abandoned him? And wouldn’t the neighbors hear his screaming and call the police?

Tardbucks? The neighbours might not even care about him, or the police might not wanna do anything about it until he hurts someone. It reminds me of how Greene County Health Department wouldn't do anything about the Chandlers' cluttered home because "if they want to live that way, then so be it, it's their right and it's protected by the constitution" and basically wouldn't do anything because it's not affecting the community.

This is also kind of a long story and traces back to last year when he first appeared. During the first days of him spamming Leaf threads and talking back to anons, everytime he started a thread, he would write "best girl" and an image of his waifu, followed by him posting images without writing more. Some anons hijacked his thread with "is Lillie!" (so "best girl is Lillie!") and posted Lillie images, turning his Leaf thread into a Lillie thread, which made him seethe like you have no idea. This is why he hates Lillie and lillieposters.

Now, there's a mobile game called Pokémon Masters where you collect trainers and their partner pokémon. His waifu is in the game so he plays it and spends his money on it to buy the in-game currency (gems). Some months ago, there was a trailer where we saw sygna suit Leaf (Leaf in other clothes and another pokémon partner), so the guy and other Leaf fans were hyped. He started to spend his money on gems so he could scout her and multiple copies of her (these copies merge automatically and make the character stronger). Most of us who play the game think she's gonna appear at the end of this month (during the 1st anniversary celebration) and some are chillin' and saving free gems to get her. So, a couple of days ago, the Pokémon Masters team released a trailer where they announced certain changes to the game and gave us a small preview of an upcoming event where Lillie and her family would be the focus of. And he was fuming, not only because Lillie will soon be a playable character, but because that trailer didn't mention sygnaLeaf nor shiny Kanto starter pokémon for the players (he wants a shiny charizard).

Though, it's likely he doesn't even know he can get help for his problems. His parents didn't even take him to school, so it's pretty clear they don't care about him at all. Very sad

They never took LeafPrecious to school, so it's kinda expected they'd abandon their autistic son who's obsessed with a girl from a videogame. Basically what @PipTheAlchemist wrote, he was never sent to school or was pulled from it at an early age, because he says he's envious of people who went to high school and had an education. His parents abandoned him when he turned 18 and he says he hasn't heard from them since that day. He's almost 30.
