Champions is just going to further casualize competitive Pokemon without bringing anything new to the table. Thank goodness I don't follow modern Pokemon scene all that much so I lose out on nothing.

With the way English sealed products are being bought up by scalpers and bots, people have begun to import and buy up Japanese sealed products. The appeal of Japanese packs being way cheaper may no longer be a thing as boxes of packs people used to not care about like future flash, ancient roar and night wanderer went from being <$45 a box to selling for almost twice that much some places. This is just another step in that direction, especially since people have become addicted to opening packs and buying as much as they can.I haven't seen anything regarding Japanese packs being circulated but I have seen pre-order prices for the boxes going around that price, the problem is that neither Creatures Inc. or TPCi can keep up with the demand for the game nor does the latter feel any need to curb the usage of bots from its site.
That said English packs of Destined Rivals (our equivalent to Japan's TR set and Heat Wave Arena) have been leaking, there's even a pic of one of the set's Illustration Rares.
I have to have the displeasure of seeing this cunt in my recommendations
1. See a recommended video from a channel that you don't want to show up in your recommendations anymore.it just appeared there because I occasionally watch Pokemon videos.
I appreciate it, I just felt like posting it because it was on topic and sounded really retarded.1. See a recommended video from a channel that you don't want to show up in your recommendations anymore.
2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the recommendation.
3. An options menu will pop up.
4. Select "Don't recommend channel" from the menu.

Unlike every other feature on YouTube, this one actually works 100% of the time (instead of just working whenever the algorithm feels like it).
Haunter works.>Go to Mt. Ember
>Try and catch Entei
>Level 50
>Knows Roar
>Only Pokemon that knows a sleeping move is a Grass type
My only other alternative, without training up a brand new team member is getting a Soundproof Pokemon and not let it faint. What a pain in the ass.
I just used the Mr. Mime you get from the trade since it is Soundproof. Worked like a charm, caught 2 extra Moltres on the way.Haunter works.
Stadium still has my favorite Pokemon animations, when they come out of the ball and when they get knocked out. Some of the attacks and effects do look pretty cool too, though some aged quite a bit and there was a lot of re-use.
- Aeroblast
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
I think the Stadium vidya still has the best effects of those.
Is it just the latest version that added those things or was it always there?I don't but I'm curious why you want to play the Crystal romhack that adds niggers and troons.
You got it already, it was called Battle Revolution. Nobody bought it, so you're not getting further titles.I wish we'd get Stadium 3 finally, or just include a Stadium mode in the next generation if they don't think it'll sell or whatever (those sold pretty well iirc).
Revolution was too clunky to be a proper Stadium successor. Not being able to handpick your rental team really really hurt it. If I remember right, you had to do a sort of challenge cup with preselected teams and could only change them through a Battle Factory-like 1 for 1 system. It's a lot of hoops for something that was already figured out in Stadium. You got it already, it was called Battle Revolution. Nobody bought it, so you're not getting further titles.

Well, Colosseum IS a mainline game in all but name only, same with XD. In fact, both are better than most mainline titles.I feel like Stadium 1 & 2 set a pretty good precedent for what a "stadium" game is. Revolution is a Stadium game the same way Colosseum is a traditional Pokemon game. Like, halfway there but not quite.
In the 2D Mystery Dungeon vidya (the GBA and DS ones), the way the Gen 1 and 2 'mons move when doing moves can resemble how they move in the Stadium vidya, like Mew. But in the newer 3D vidyas, it seems the 'mons just stiffly hop up and down or something when they use moves. Like how they don't really move when using moves in newer main vidya.Stadium still has my favorite Pokemon animations
The scope was far too narrow to be considered a proper Stadium entry, probably why they didn't call it that. Even Stadium 1 had more meat on its bones, let alone Stadium 2. Stadium 3 should be packed with content, Revolution also had some bad design decisions as on top of its missing features & content. They're incomparable beyond the core concept of "Pokemon battling in 3D without needing raise them". If it underperformed then they only have themselves to blame for a half-baked title. You got it already, it was called Battle Revolution.
I liked them and they were more memorable than anything after gen 3, maybe even better than that too.Well, Colosseum IS a mainline game in all but name only, same with XD. In fact, both are better than most mainline titles.
I remember seeing animation comparisons between Stadium and modern 3D ones, it was embarrassing for Game Freak. I played one of the GBA Mystery Dungeon a long time ago, I don't remember the animations, I'm gonna replay it again and pay attention. I appreciate details like that more nowadays. In the 2D Mystery Dungeon vidya (the GBA and DS ones), the way the Gen 1 and 2 'mons move when doing moves can resemble how they move in the Stadium vidya, like Mew. I never had a problem with the first TCG game honestly, the starting deck is fine (at least the Squirtle + Abra one) and it's not that hard to grind for packs as any NPC fight gives you 2 for just beating them. Only thing I would love to see in a remake/third game is to have an in-game list of opponents you fought and the packs they give. I guess a shop to buy specific cards with in-game currency wouldn't be bad either.I love Pokemon TCG (GB), but man is it a hassle to progress sometimes. I wish Nintendo had a version with all cards unlocked, some of their NES games have save states like that.
What about the Colosseum vidya? That had a whole story. The scope was far too narrow to be considered a proper Stadium entry, probably why they didn't call it that. Even Stadium 1 had more meat on its bones, let alone Stadium 2.

It doesn't work for me. Seems like every time I select the "Don't recommend channel" option on fags like these, two more will pop up in my feed.1. See a recommended video from a channel that you don't want to show up in your recommendations anymore.

Battle Revolution had 36 pokemon in its rental roster and the only stage 3 Pokemon was Pidgeot. The OG Japanese Pokemon Stadium had more Pokemon and with the exception of Pikachu they were all fully evolved. You got it already, it was called Battle Revolution.
"Rental" 'mons have crappier moves with more evolution. Like Kadabra has Psychic, Counter, Dig, and Recover... and Alakazam has Psybeam, Tri Attack, Metronome, and Disable.OG Japanese Pokemon Stadium had more Pokemon and with the exception of Pikachu
