Pokémon (Not-So) Griefing Thread - Scarlet and Violet Released with 10 Million Copies in First 3 Days in Buggy States

So there's no breeding? Is the move attract removed too?
There's no breeding because in Masters, the gacha is in 'Sync Pairs' - AKA Trainers and their Signature pokemon. You can't breed Pokemon, because they'd have to be paired with trainers and the end of that logic is 'whoops, can't show that in a Christian manga!' As for Attract... I'm not sure. Maybe there is attract? Maybe they were covering their ass.

EDIT: Okay, so there are eggs, but there's still no breeding - my point stands.

They recently added pokemon eggs. You apparently get them through battling and can hatch them to have your self-insert character have their own sync pair with them.

They give you one for free in the form of the gen 1 starters.

From what I heard, didn't they do something just as perplexing by giving the gen 4 female protagonist (Dawn) a turtwig instead of a Piplup like most other media did?

As I said before, Dawn has been depicted with all three Sinnoh starters at one point or another(which her having Infernape in the official art for the Platinum battle frontier). Plus Barry already had Piplup beforehand in this game.

And while the anime version Serena had a female Fennekin, this is not the anime version of her, this is the videogame version of her, different continuity and all, plus most Fennekin are Male anyways, as with all starters.

Finally beat the Black 2 mono Bug run, and is it just me or are the victory road trainers harder than the E4/champion? The whole way through VR my squad was equal to even slightly weaker than the trainers' teams, but suddenly they were stronger than the E4. I didn't purposely grind at all so idk what happened there, don't remember it being like that.

Y'know I should do a mono type run myself. Sounds like fun.

Have a chart for all the monotype options. Helps pick where to start.

Masters keeps releasing updates for the game but refuses to release an update that will let more phones actually play it. It's the most finicky mobile game I have ever seen. I want to play it because I like character development but my shitty phone isn't allowed to run it.
Honestly, it's probably one of the better Pokemobiles to be released, especially since their updates have been adding in more stuff for the player to do and even gives the self insert character more partner options outside of Pikachu. I'd imagine this game would be a lot more popular if it was more accessible (there's even an online multiplayer Co-op, for christ sake).

70% of them are bullshit anyway.

They are still awesome tho. Even cute pokemon are fucking dangerous & scary. The games design reminds me of a toy world but then you also have soul stealing cute ghosts, pink bears that can hug you to death, little pigs who can't stop jumping because if they do they die, funny looking tree ghosts that are actually the spirits of dead children and so on.

It's a world that is designed to look friendly & cute but it's full of dangerous & scary creatures.
