You know, I can't be too sure, but :powerlevel: I recall a friend taking a brief vacation to Mexico and swimming in the waters near one of the borders. Whichever one it was, I can't remember. Long story short, they came back and had suffered from some sort of infection(?) that looked just like this, pockmarks and all. :powerlevel: Someone mentioned it was stretch marks or the result of spanking and shit, but the resemblance to that infection is uncanny. I hope to fucking Christ it's not whatever the hell it was they contracted.
