Chris may be Clinically Insane. But he likely doesn't meet the bar for legally insane. There's a lot of clear careful premeditation and preperation going on there.Let's be honest here I know everyone is joking and everything but if you were his lawyer and you had to plead insanity how insanely easy would that actually be. Literally within 10 minutes of searching you could possibly have enough evidence of his insanity.
Personally I hope Chris wherever he ends up does get mental help because he definitely needs it.
It is in the community's best interest actually because Chris has no friends to speak of or family that would take him in and he will eventually be released from prison whether it be in 5 years 10 years 15 years whenever
What would the community rather have a homeless insane man walking around town fresh from prison or a homeless man with all his mental faculties fresh from prison
I'm just saying one is clearly more dangerous to the public than the other
