1. They're referring to barbs directly as the victim, they're not dancing around it or referring to her as the alleged victim. They directly reference Barbs as the victim.

2. Chris is being held without bond, for a crime as minor (not justifiable in any way) as consensual incest as Chris claims I am sure they would grant him bail. Based off the Bail Reform Act of 1984 the only reason he could really be denied bail is if he was considered a threat to the community. This can either be relating to him breaking his restraining order by dipping is fat fuckin hand into barbs bank account but based on point 1, I believe that Chris will be charged with rape.

3. Chris has a history, this isn't a first offence. I don't have to remind anyone about the gamestop employee getting maced or the simpsons hit and run larp. People keep claiming because of his disability the judge will go easy on him but if anything I think a lot of the people, especially the jury, are gonna hear about all the wacky shit he's done which has all been publically documented.
