It is, but it's going to be a long and drawn out ending. It will take some time for all the charges to be laid before the court, and still longer for him to actually be scheduled for trial. This could stretch out for a year or two.

Fortunately, in the meantime, there's always "Bella" and her cast of mental misfits who are every bit as monstrous as Chris who have now gained the undivided attention of the Farms. Good job, "trolls".

I just listened to the entire released audio. This is bad - real bad! What Chris is describing doesn't sound consensual at all. It sounds like he groomed a senile old woman and then assaulted her. It sounds like he raped her. I don't care if I come off histrionic, that is what it seems he is describing.

Even just the text messages sound rapey as fuck. Not a single time does he ever claim that she was enjoying anything he did to her, and this is supposed to be Chris' heavily biased version of events. He freely admits that she told him to stop or the things he does to her hurt her, but he claims it's just because she's not used to it yet and they are "working on it". It does not even occur to him that maybe you should stop if someone is reluctant or in pain.

It's fun to speculate and to be honest I want that freak in jail, if they let him off with minor charges then I will become even more black pilled over the US Judicial system than I already am.

I'm more or less aware of the backstory, but I've personally wondered for a while now how much of Chris' fantasies are wishful or gratuitous delusions he could be snapped out of in the correct environment with the correct care (ie, a minimum of not being able to run away and people who won't agree with him) and how much they are actually psychologically ingrained into his brain to the point where he is no longer capable of detaching himself from them and recognising he's trying to live in an autistic realm of make-believe.

I think when it comes to assessing the real integrity of Chris' psyche, there's a large difference between things like Josh simply not playing along with his blabbering and Chris being put in a situation where someone is sitting opposite him in person who isn't sympathetic to his stress sighs and has to attempt to rehabilitate or at least evaluate him. It's from that angle I'm saying being confined somewhere could ultimately be beneficial to Chris, and wondering if it's possible that those circumstances could cause him to let go of his pretenses.

Right, well, I just don't think it's possible to break Chris out of his delusions, because he literally has no reason to let them go. Because he has autism, which we've seen in action as recently as TooManyGames where he just completely fucking shut down and went 'Hedgehog Defensive Position' and required a woman who has experience with autistic children to get him to function again, I don't think any psychologists trying to help him can go as hard as necessary. He'll be a child and, as always, only pretend to play along so much to get the people out of his face so he can go right back to doing what he was doing, and since it's all entirely mental, there's nothing anybody can really do to stop him. Except maybe play Sonic Boom and MLP G5 cartoons just to piss him off and thus keep him off balance by ruining his mental images, but that might be illegal torture somehow since it just makes him mad.

In order to cure Chris, you would have to snap him out of a delusion he's probably had for over thirty years, circa the birth of Sonichu at MHS. This is a man who thinks fictional characters are both real and can die - how do you convince somebody like that to simply stop believing in them? It would be Simonla all over again.

I hate to go off on an A&H jeremiad, but Kyle Rittenhouse clearly defended himself from a convicted chomo and domestic abuser, respectively, both of whom were in the act of attempting to kill him. The case for self-defense could not be more open-and-shut.

Alas, the two criminals he murked had the correct politics du jour, and so he's being charged with Murder 1.

That case is neither here nor there, but my point remains: the legal system is far more interested in defending shitbirds instead of decent people.
