I am pretty sure that they are already intimately aware of Chris-Chan and what sort of ruckus is going to follow. This isn't Chris's first run-in with the law and he's most certainly infamous to the citizens of the area.

Anyway, imagine the stress sighs. He's being held without bond and Chris is not going to do well in jail whatsoever. No vidya, no porn and tons of guys who will have no issue manhandling him. His only chance right now is being saved by the merge.

I don't know how it works there but in my state they have a list and if you want to visit somebody you would have to either call them or write them a letter have them put you on their visitation list then you can visit so if it works the same in Virginia the only way you will really be able to see Chris is a few write him a letter asking to put you on his visitation list then wait for a reply that says he did it
