POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

Aggrivated sexual assault and Rape can be federal crimes or handled on the state level. According to the audio, barb said no and that she was being hurt and chris kept going. She's vulnerable for sure. It could go either way.

I dont think fucking your own mother every couple days for a month is a bridge you can be pushed off of, at some point you are the one responsible. This is far beyond that point
I'm pretty sure that's only if you rape the mailman or a park ranger at Yellowstone. Seriously though unless you're on federal property or raping a federal employee or your penis is crossing state lines to penetrate someone, where's the federal jurisdiction? I guess they can get you with the "interstate commerce" angle since raping will bring down the price of trafficked sex slaves.

the sort of boomer who's into true crime stuff is NOT going to think that the pre-incest stuff is interesting. I wonder if a couple of curious true crime loving 40 somethings are gonna stumble into the farms though.
Most likely not. The older generation don’t really like technology (ffs they can hardly work Facebook)

anything that has to do with children or people who are deemed to be vulnerable CAN be prosecuted as a federal crime.
The reason for this is because the sex offender registry is a federal registry and they need to be able to track people across states. I think i've said this like 3 times in different threads ya'll gotta google this shit before you shitpost about raping yogi bear.

Wait, hold on, holes in the wall? Did the police search his home?
They had to go into 14BC to perform the wellness check on Barb. Any evidence of a crime having been committed that they could see with their own eyes is admissible without having to have gotten a warrant first.

I’m sure that by now that Greene Co. cops have gotten a warrant and have searched 14BC, though.

That’s what’s funny, you see his enablers, even dear leader, say chris is a harmless moron in the past. Yet he seems to constantly trick a never ending string of people into buying that same lie. And they all eventually give up after chris gets what he wants out of them. So you have to either admit you were playing Chris’s game all along OR you have to admit you got fooled by an insane moron.
Yeah, I have to agree that I think a lot of people who get involved with Chris think they are immune to his web of exploitation. Like I said, Chris has spent his life mastering the art of convincing people to give him his way. You can never get him under control because he will just turn to other people to give him his way if you don't. So even if someone like Null was unwilling to participate in his delusions, it doesn't make any impact on Chris because he will just get that validation elsewhere. Including from the fictional characters he believes he is interacting with. So long as Chris can indulge his delusions and maintain his life of not being accountable to anyone, he will do as he pleases. He will never learn or change because he doesn't want to or need to.

What makes Chris kind of scary is his complete lack of empathy or genuine emotion (such as gratitude), which is either some extreme autism or he is a legit sociopath.

Just found this on the CWCiki:

"Although the Sheriff's Office website gives his gender as female, this does not mean that he will be put in women's prison if convicted; although Chris has legally self-identified as female (e.g. on his driver's license), transgender inmates in Virginia are only placed in the prison of their identified gender if they have received sex-change surgery, which Chris has not."

So Chris will not be going to a female prison after all.
(Oh god, let's hope he doesn't drop the soap.)

Guilty. I also love true crime. And I'm 40. But look at Chris' age and when this started. Many of my contemporaries are watching.

Sorry to not be 'with it' kid.

Boomers aside, if you see coments on true crime channels nowadays, you see a lot of teenagers as well. JCS stuff are full of them. Besides, I always believed that True Crime and Investigation thing are the shit for "alternative" teenage girls as well.

I don't think the police have searched his home unless they have a reason to do so. I don't have the greatest understanding of the law especially in Virginia, but I'm assuming that the police would need probable cause to search a house. Sure, he was arrested on the charge of incest, but unless they think there's something else at play (which lets be honest, there probably is more we don't know about) they won't search the house. Plus it's not like it'd be easy to search that fucking goblin hoard anyway.

Why not? It's a potential crime scene now, and a search warrant isn't hard to get.
