theres really no way to stop it because you cant deny someone speaking to their lawyer

Afaik most inmates have some weird sort of information network amongst themselves where they may know of a dude before he even gets to a certain jail/prison. Kinda like a small town, but criminals and deviants. When you have nothing to do and you aren't a huge asshole... you end up talking with the people you're stuck with, right? I imagine people bring a fuck ton of dirt on other new guys when they're shuffled off the prison bus.

I'm going to be that coldblooded guy for a moment though...Cole's not exactly obligated to show up because of the whole cutting contact thing.
