Legal, official institutions like sport related, have, by law, the obligation of signing a dude to a female division if that dude says he intensifies himself as a woman. Legally, by law, that fat, neckbeard dude is a woman and any officially institution can be sued and the government, the law, will be in favor of the tranny suing, if the reason is that they refuse to accept him cause he is just a guy wearing a skirt.

I'll suspend my judgement on this until we see what actually happens. In order to defend Chris as a woman they will have to double down on "women can have penises" in which case the concept of woman doesn't even exist beyond the notion of wearing a dress and makeup (and enbies will disagree with that too). They've already pushed it to the point where gender really does not exist since every concrete identiable aspect of male versus female has been muddied and inverted.

Not saying this means Chris will definitely get treated as a male or anything, just that the whole argument of what defines gender, as provided by the fringe culture of trannies and gender weirdos, cannot stand up to even the slightest bit of critical analysis. I don't disagree with you. Just pointing out, the more people just accept this as 'well that's the law it's the way it is nothing we can do', the more this shit's going to stay. Laws get changed all the time. Trannies got that shit by disagreeing with laws and being huge whiny babies about it.

Joking aside, there is a rather fascinating point within the so called TERF-community (let's call them "slightly less insane feminists"), that point out that being a woman is more than long hair, skirts and makeup.
They say that upbringing/socialisation/growing up as a girl is also a major part of being a woman (not the only one, mind you), so any man who has grown up as a boy can not understand what "being a woman" actually means, therefore they can't identify as something that they have no understanding of. As I said: You might as well identify with an octopus.
Sounds reasonable to me. Female identity exceeds mere visual clues like lipstick and ponytails and how can anyone even understand what the difference or similarities are between the identity of a person, the identity as a man that they reject and the identity of a woman that they claim?
