I revoke my previous statement about the site feeling deader after the change. I realize it's pretty much the same now as it always felt, the lack of notifications just skewed my perspective. Also got used to checking "Reactions received" for checking muh stickers, though ratings definitely are more scarce than before, there's of course less of an incentive to sticker when you know the recipient is less likely now to see reactions.
I am back to rating peoples posts like before even if they're less likely to see the ratings because i still like giving stickers and receiving them and i see it as part of board culture (inb4 "lul 2022 join date, what do you know about board culture". Fuck you niggers).
Completely neutral on the issue now, Null won't give back notifications anyways so why get riled up anymore.

Edit: Change the "1XX.XXX" numbers of received stickers back to normal under "Reactions received", i don't even give a fuck about reaction score, it can stay disabled for all i care but this shit just looks unbecoming.

This is a bad take. I'll use the Cyberpunk 2077 Grieving Thread as an example. Right after 2.0 launched the game was massively improved and Kiwis that wanted to talk about it went to that thread, only to be met by constantly shit tier posts from people still angry about the game's launch state two years ago, who hadn't played the game since, and would post stupid shit like "Did they completely remake the whole story yet?"

They would also immediately post negative reactions on anyone trying to have a normal conversation and shit talk everyone there for the first few weeks and were completely unwilling to budge from the idea that the game could be improved upon. Eventually users such as myself who were still very interested in talking about the game stopped posting, not because I didn't have an opinion, but because it wasn't worth the 15 notifications I'd get an hour from the same group of retards who had no idea what they were talking about and no interest in learning what they were talking about spamming the shit out of every post I made.

That's pretty much every Steam or Facebook video game thread. Someone brings up a topic of genuine concern, then a horde of faggots shit it up with old or made-up complaints, lol.
