I never even cared what the stickers were, I just liked the notifications... and having it on the bell meant if it wasn't a thread I was curious about at that moment I still could stay on the page I was on. That seems to be what most people are saying, but the detractors are trying to frame it as "lol you are mad about stickers"

Very funny behavior if he was pretending to be that mad over politics to get a rise out of the equally mad A&H conservatives, but finding out it's all for real? I didn't give a shit about this retarded sticker situation until I opened the homepage to see the stupid fucking reaction mess (the hitler was funny though). I agree that using sticker notifications was useful in gauging thread activity but I was already using the watch feature so it wasn't a fucking deal breaker. I also like seeing big number go up but my enjoyment of this site isn't really contingent on it. All I see is seething from both ends of the argument, special snowflakes who are too bitchmade to post because they're shitting their pants over some retard leaving a top hat on their post, schizoids who cannot survive without the dopamine hit from watching big number become bigger number, and dear leader actively and intrusively fucking up the site for people like me who literally wouldn't give a shit otherwise just because a bunch of people disagree with his decisions and are rightfully pointing out the impulsivity of his decisions. This is fucking gay.

If we're all casting our votes into the top hat then my suggestion is to reinstate the stupid fucking reaction score and notifications but leave them disabled by default. New users will be dissuaded from posting for reaction scores if their existence isn't immediately apparent to them and maybe it'll teach some of these niggers how to personalize their notifications and navigate the site. Spergs who live or die by their reaction score will still have the option to feed into their retarded addiction but they'll have to do the bare minimum of actually enabling it in their settings, which is a lot more effort than just clicking the watch button on a thread.
