Ugh. Reading this thread has me wavering between laughter and that weird, I-might-throw-up-but-maybe-not back-of-the-throat feeling. Such fragile flowers! Such absolute certainty that they are both disabled victims and strong independent polyamorous nongendered individuals! Oy vey.

That rape survivor/victim complex post was ... especially weird. On the one hand, a genuine survivor of traumatic rape would be very well justified in reacting badly to being told her suffering meant nothing. On the other hand, someone with a victim complex would react the same way, and considering this group, I finding myself leaning towards the latter.

But mostly I just agree with @PurpleSquirrel. Bunch of joyless scolding fuckwits.

And is there any nutso info on Juniper Lunasri @Smutley ? I've seen her throwing the banhammer in a few of these posts but her FB is pretty locked down and her Tumblr is pretty boring.

One thing that cracks me up is how ugly all these poly people are. Not one of them is remotely attractive. What is the correlation between hideousness and polyamory? I know some good looking poly people irl but they are far from a majority. What's the deal?

Polyamory with this bunch, maybe in general, is a bunch of fugly, creepy-ass people begging anyone, absolutely anyone, to fuck them in any hole at any time for any reason, or vice versa, because it's their only chance of even getting sloppy seconds, or more like thirds, fourths, fifths, etc. with whatever STDs come along for the ride.

Pretty much this. It's an elaborate way of saying "I can't get one person to fuck me, so maybe I should ask three or four to fuck me at once!"

As for the guy wanting Autism-lube... I'd ship him some Canola oil. Or 10W30. Or Willie's retirement grease.
 
Isn't coconut oil bad for you as lube?
Mainly because if you use stuff like that it can give your vagina (or anal cavity, not sure if both) a yeast infection.
 
My favourite part about the REVOCATIONS is the little stock phrase they use: "X has been banned for [reason]. They had been here since [date]".

In the future, Kylietron's disembodied head will float in the corner of every holoscreen, periodically interrupting Steven Universe to announce the latest executions.

My favorite is how they can't close a thread, so when the cripplefuhrer wants to close a thread, he instead just threatens to throw off all the readers if they dare to post something.

The less attractive a person is, the more they have to kink up what they'll offer.

Disclaimer: I'm not saying that liking kinky stuff automatically means you're ugly. But I am saying a less appealing partner will often do more sexually to keep up with more appealing partners.

Also...."poly" is a short-term, short-word, for "polyamory." I highly doubt anyone who is Polynesian is actually offended by the group [as a whole] of polyamorists using "poly" as self-describing term. Good gods. Seriously? Are these people fucking real?

Honestly, though, I'm having a hard time with that James Sizemore (or whatever) guy. He's pretty gross, honestly. Sorry if that opinion (that he's gross) isn't an okay one to share here.

I'll have to comb through this thread to find it, but someone brought this up in the other Polyamory group, the one not run by crazies. The mod there reached out to a Polynesian culture center and received a reply that they'd never heard of this and it didn't bother them. Just goes to show that there are actually reasonable people out there.

I like to think we're not a hive mind here. You'll find a lot of polite dissenting opinions so long as you stay out of the Community Watch threads.
