Ugh. Reading this thread has me wavering between laughter and that weird, I-might-throw-up-but-maybe-not back-of-the-throat feeling. Such fragile flowers! Such absolute certainty that they are both disabled victims and strong independent polyamorous nongendered individuals! Oy vey.
That rape survivor/victim complex post was ... especially weird. On the one hand, a genuine survivor of traumatic rape would be very well justified in reacting badly to being told her suffering meant nothing. On the other hand, someone with a victim complex would react the same way, and considering this group, I finding myself leaning towards the latter.
But mostly I just agree with @PurpleSquirrel. Bunch of joyless scolding fuckwits.
