Considering what we know of poly relationships she (and her whiteknights) should be glad he didn't beat the baby against a wall in jealous rage. Remember, that's the level of maturity we're working with with these people.

It's a Supreme Court decision. It can be challenged but not for long depending where you are. In California, where much of this fuckery happens, it was two years at the time of the relevant Supreme Court decision written by Scalia, Michael H. v. Gerald D.

It has been reformed. The key factor is the cuck knew the child was not his. It accounts for private family matters when the husband says he wants to care for the wife's child by someone else without letting the system know (maybe she was already pregnant when they met and decided to marry, maybe she was raped, maybe the husband is infertile or genetically defective and they've decided to use a donor).

It's just too bad the one uncomfortable dude who looks like he was dragged into this literal clusterfuck against his will is the one that ended up taking the infant daughter of this "family" (the blue shirt soyboy being the father, the most recent addition to this reverse harem while he himself knew the whale the longest) and finally beat and slammed her against a wall like a deranged fucking gorilla
