Chris has claimed relatively recently that he was possessed by his various cartoon characters. Is it possible that Chris might attempt to blame Sonichu for the rape? He could argue that at the time of the crimes he was acting under the influence of an electric hedgehog pokemon and didn't know what he was doing. He could also claim that during the moment of the crime he was actually co-existing within CWCville's universe and believed that he was engaging in lovemaking acts with a legally aged hedgehog.
Alternatively does anyone think that Chris might actually attempt to bring MewTwo or Magichan to the stand in his defense? Given ChrisChan's mental state I wouldn't be surprised if these characters are at least mentioned to the police and in his defense. For fucks sake he announced the merge was happening as they threw him into the cop car. I really hope this goes to court and we can watch the clown show.

I think what Chris says or will do during his court hearing and what he is attempting to explain to the police right now falls under that category.
Chris and his delusions are inseparable and will no doubt become part of whatever legal proceedings go forward. I doubt he gets the insanity defense but if he continues to speak about the merge and Sonichu maybe they will.
