Well shit.

The NHS cancelled my URGENT SCAN appointment 30 mins before it began because the specialist was needed to cover a training shortage or some bullshit. FML.

Thanks for cushioning the blow, I guess. *sigh*

It's already in the works. We're getting PALS involved thanks to another incident. This is just more ammo. We just have to bide our time and, as you said in your reading, take things carefully.
