It means that the contents of your post suggest you might have autism.

To put it more informatively, it's typically used like a milder version of the "Dumb" rating. It means that the person who gives it to you thinks your post is kind of stupid, but not stupid enough to actually be worth a neg rating. Or there's just something about it that reeks of autism.

Kiwi Farms borrows heavily from Chan culture and can be seen in examples such as politically incorrect humor, and commonly used terms such as shitposting, as well as references to memes such as powerlevel.
