well, even though i despise the actions of ISIS and i think that they mightb e a extremist organization, (#prayforparis, #prayforsanbernadino) i am Muslim myself and once i am able to leave the country again i will make a pilgrimage to Mecca.

It's an in-joke about a fake Lolcow Jace Connors who played the role of a paranoid parkouring dudebro gamer who believed that terrorists were coming to kill him.

Basically he'd use "that's islamic content !" if he felt threatened by something, like trolls invading his games and playing Nasheeds at him through Steam voice or something. The rating itself is more like a commemmorative meme rating, in the spirit of Deagle Nation(RIP).

i am Muslim myself and once i am able to leave the country again i will make a pilgrimage to Mecca.

Islamic content rating is a reference to the whole Jace Connors/Deagle Nation thing and it's mostly used in a very tongue-in-cheek manner.
