I don't know if this belongs, or indeed deserves to be, here, but I made a thing:
The image of the horizon I got from Google (I enjoy taking pictures but I didn't have any that fit at the moment). I made the sky by editing one of my pictures in Photoshop and the superimposed text is a poem I wrote.

I've been trying to put off posting here, as I'm a artist by trade, but I don't like to blow my own horn. I'm a traditional artist specialising in mythology.
Some of this stuff is balls old, some are more recent, none of these are by any means my best work...either way, make of it what you will. Love it, hate it, crit it, go nuts! Some of these have my real name on the sig but hey, it's my job, so I shouldn't be afraid of people knowing my name. Fuck it.

Oh man some seriously killer art is in this thread.
Herro again, totally whoring myself out here or something.
So, my gimmick for a while was supposed to be I'd poop out lined paper comics out of thin air. As is typical with me, "my procrastination burst". Like a water balloon which itself represents my procrastination, being way overfilled with water that also represents my procrastination.
When my procrastination explodes, I become the opposite of a procrastinator. Which is weird because I"m one of the biggest procrastinators in the world.
I'm also working on being solid, competent, and evenly distributed when it comes to drawing.
I also intend to become very spontaneous and random-access (hey that term can be useful. Chris' humor is literally random access of media files in his head. My own visual memory and visual short-term has really improved a lot since I started cranking out lined paper comics)
These are roughs. For the first few, I sketched using a Sharpie Pen Green, which was fresh. Later I used a Sharpie Pen Green that was noticeably diluted, with better results IRL but here I ran these thorugh Photoshop (levels tool, duplicate layer, multiply, etc)
For the "What If Chris went to Equestria" thread (won't post just yet, gotta finish)
I'll dig up more. I intend to go over them with Sharpie Pen Black and color them in with Sharpies Berry and Aqua (the superfluous Sharpies. Better use them up) that are thinned as much as I can with 99% pure Isopropyl.
For ages I was telling myself I'd do blatant wish fulfillment irl-retcon lined paper comics.

I consider my etsy my artwork, and its been disappointing that I only got one order this summer. My orders just kinda died off within the past few months.
