My issue with commissions is chronically giving people more than they paid for, because if they commission a good idea I'm not going to half-ass it. So I just dole out for free to whomever shares an idea with me that I like.

Forgot to do an Inktober thing yesterday, but decided to combine yesterday's and today's prompts in one for this sketch in my new sketchbook I bought at Michaels yesterday (seems to be the only one that accepts ink washes very well without bleeding into the next page).

inspired by the very short-lived game of Dying Light I played yesterday in which I ended up playing with a Swedish father and his young son (who was on microphone, he kept saying something about his "papa" throughout the 15 or so minutes). They were Swedish. The dad had to leave to make dinner I think and told his son to follow me and do what I say, and that I was to take care of him then left the server. The kid got scared and ran to the safe zone and didn't really want to progress. I just felt like drawing how I imagined it..

I go months, sometimes a year or more, without drawing and have to relearn everything again. So... there may be huge inconsistencies in my style between this and the picture of Mr.Torque going to Disney Land.

Drew it for a friend of mine as a sort of "tattoo but not a tattoo" thing. Debating on whether or not I should give it an inkwash in shades of green and detail the wings.

...so Hurricane Matthew sapped my drive for Inktober, alas. But I found out my old printer from college can actually scan like a dream, so here's a sketchdump of some things I was working on. Mostly Pokemon this time, for various reasons (:autism:).
