again i'm going for the "unique fanart" thing where i inject something strange into the thing i'm making fanart of. here i'm going for freaky eyes. you would also be able to tell where they were looking.

hopefully my million zillion bad drawings of vehicles paid off. at least a little.

@Hunger Mythos: you made her look real terrifying and cool! I like differing interpretations of stuff, don't worry about exact character designs! I'm behind on some things today but I'll definitely have to get back to you, hopefully today.

@ Revengeofphil: I wasn't sure if this was the "might possibly creep him out with my obsessiveness" type of fanart, like the kind I usually make for silly weird people, but then again he kind of does the same thing with his avatars of real people, so yeah I guess I'll throw them in!

okay, i've got a big case of the super add right now so my attention's all over the place, so instead of big surprises I'm putting this sketch here for now to show you I'm working on it, because I'm definitely going to get really distracted.

been a while since I've used dip pens!

used Zebra G and Tachikawa 99 here. despite being in a cup for years, collecting dust, these particular nibs haven't yet been broken in. Good thing they didn't snag too much or tear, but I was being careful.

now in addition to domo kawaii nipponese dip pens I will use super duper kawaii copic markers.

hm yeah, you should gather all those SCSF doodles and send them to Sammy some day.
Also, the pen drawing is really great. Please, do some more.

^ oh, I will!!!

While the Samster used to both fascinate me and grate on my nerves with his loud, screechy ungrateful spoiled brat stuff, he went from really irritating to really funny somehow (Chris' verbal tics grew on me in a similar manner). I find Sammy's weird doodles and writings to be cute and weird and I want to see people's interpretations of them, and it's fun as hell to crank out fanart for weirdos. But if I'm anything, I'm a white knight instead of a troll. I'm still going to make more pictures mocking him (and I guess sooner or later he'll find them and connect the dots, although perhaps he is a bit dense, idk) and I'm actually kind of waiting for that to happen because I'd really like to know how he'd react to seeing just how fixated on him some strange internet person is, ahhaha. It might just freak him out a little, but then again he kind of does the same thing, injecting his female family members into his creations. So who knows. This kid's surprised me.

But for now on the surface I'll leave straightforward fanart to encourage him to work on his things because I like to encourage people to make weird stuff, and I removed a few leads to my dump spot where he's quite a prominent topic.

been a while since i touched my ca thread. while i don't have auto-approval yet, here's what i posted.

I know how unprofessional lined paper and ballpoint is, but in my defense they're readily available on short notice, so you'll be seeing those pop up now and then.

I don't think I accurately conveyed anything, much less the attempt to show my drawing posture used here. Due to physical problems I can barely use ballpoint pens, so I have to be extremely careful or my tendons will be out for the day or longer. But hey, I'm definitely drawing from the elbow (almost always draw from the wrist or fingers, and very very small at that), and I've drawn this way sometimes but I never got the hang of it. So this is some practice towards getting better doing that.
