I can only recommend my most recent one, as it blows every other space drawing I've done out of the water. I'll PM you it when I get back home from work.

The palm is essentially a rounded square on its face. Treat it like a cube. Fingers are not a single thing, they consist of little segments that must move at a consistent rate (you can't bend just the first joint of a finger).

Thumbs are satan and do not work like anything else in the hand. Draw them often from multiple angles to understand them. I still fuck them up constantly.
