Work has been picking up for me and I had to drop out of Inktober early. This is a piece I was working on and off on the past 2 weeks.

Inktober Day 29: Double

Rate me late, but sometimes you can avoid splotches if you get super creative with your shading/add a thicker outline. That was usually my cheat when Ballpoint and napkins were all I had at my disposal.

Your later stuff lacks the splotches and it's looking better and better. Congrats!
Edit- Ballpoint is fun as fuck though and the double faced cat is great.

Inktober, day 30: Struggle. Managed to spend several hours desperately trying to find a suitable poem by the Zen monk Ikkyū, who is said to have met and taught Jigoku-dayu ("the Hell courtesan", depicted here and surrounded by dying and undead beings).

Trying to finishing it this week, because as we all are aware it's that spooky time of year.
