Question: where do you get the inspiration for the redraw's designs, and why do they always look so different from the original? Because the redesigns look better, definitely, but I often can't spot any threads connecting the old design to the new.

Mostly a mix of Touhou, Okegom's designs and Japanese folklore. I usually try to think of a coherent theme to go along with to try and thread everything together.

im on a setback. my graphics tablet stopped working for some reason. computer knows its connected. buttons work. light shows up. however, it wont use the pen. it worked the night prior to finding this out and i dont know why this happened. looking up the problem was futile and the warranty had already expired so

This would suck for me as my Cintiq was bought used on eBay so if something like this happen I'd be up shit creek without a paddle.

Celebrated finishing the latest update for Housebound by taking one of my practice sketches and turning it into a full piece. It's a Dread Ducky from Dark Deception - quite possibly my favourite enemy in the game so far!

First-time poster here. I wanted to get better at drawing people so I took a life drawing class. I gotta say, it was harder than I thought. Drawing from life is a completely different environment than drawing from a picture. Spoilering so I don't flood the thread.
