I think it looks absolutely good. There's a lot of white space in the center and around that I feel would be good for filling with some flowers, perhaps? I would suggest roses but spider lilies sounds a bit more appealing for the overall feel of it. I hope that's not too overly autistic

Seconding this, skeletons / skulls with flowers is pretty aesthetic.
