Gloomy Sunday

Appearance: Floating upper body of a artificial humanoid figure.

Namesake: Gloomy Sunday by Rezső Seress

Type: ghost-type stand

Personality: Born from the death of its user when they were pierced by the arrow in the head.

User name: John Doe

Owner personality: ???

Stand ability: Mind alteration and possession

Stats:
-Power: none
-Speed: B
-Range: C
-Durability: A
-Precision: B
-Potential: C

Description: Stand is a ghost type with a floating upper body, 1 meter tall and ringlike features around his joints and index fingers.
The stand can float up to 5 meters off the ground he is over, he can't phase through walls but can squeeze through small holes, gaps and cracks.
The stand has a predator like invisibility (light 'can' be seen refract around his body) and it can also make itself opaque enough to be visible to a stand user.

Abilities:
-Possession-
He can enter a body of someone if and only if someone is yawning from being tired and control said person, anyone under the control of this stand will experience a really long dream which can give him/her a chance to find the original stand user in the dream world to defeat him and gain back control; stand users affected by the possession cannot use their stand in the dream world nor can their stands be manipulated in the real world.
-Mind Alteration-
The stand will attach himself to a victim and places his index fingers on each victims ear, this ability has two specific functions
'Information Lock'
The stand can read what the victim is currently thinking i.e. their favorite food and lock away that memory making it impossible to remember what they were thinking, the only way to gain back said memory is through a transitive property of a memory related to the one that was locked away
(e.g. they can't remember their favorite food but can remember a restaurant they often visit which serves their favorite food)
'Impulse Direction'
He can influence a person to do a action that he himself thinks of subconsciously i.e. a person might think about jumping off a balcony without intending to do so but the stand can make someone act on that thought.


Weakness:
The stand has no physical power so it relies on a host body to interact with certain items in the living world, the stand is bound to the corpse of its user and can move freely in what ever building (or container) the corpse resides in, the exception to this rule is when he is possessing someone
You can attack the stand but it will not receive any damage, the only way to destroy this stand is to burn/destroy the corpse of its user or somehow get him out into the open away from its container.

You captured the seascape quite nicely! Gotta admit, you're better at capturing how water looks than me. Excellent work!
