Handwriting is a favored subject of mine to sperg about. When I was little I always put a death grip on my pencil and wrote really slowly so I could make all my letters nice and neat and printed (I was probably obsessive-compulsive). Anyway everyone I knew always took the opportunity to point it out. I wasn't [Philosophy Zombie] the pretty little girl, or the nice or smart little girl, I was the girl with the great handwriting. I remember there were a couple other girls who never would talk to me otherwise giving me sheets where they would ask me to print all the letters so they could copy me, it was that ridiculous. But when I entered middle school I couldn't hack it anymore writing so slowly and it was holding me back in school, so I changed it to chicken-scratch-like writing similar to I use now; I didn't make it cursive until much later though. It's probably actually worse now than it used to be. People rarely compliment me on it now of course, now that I'm older. More frequently people tell me that they can't read it because it's cursive and kind of weird.

I'm going to post mine, sure.

By looking at yours, I feel like you struggled with some letters. It doesn't flow. I'm probably looking too far into it.

This feels like a more correlation = causation sort of thing.

I linked directly to a commonly cited study.

Here is straight to the scientific method steps: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19901244

Control stands for neurotypical children in the study, ASD stands for autism spectrum disorder.

It's pretty well known among ASD specialists.

Have fun taking five times as long with your handwriting samples now Kiwis :ween:

@Glaive I already know that I am autistic and everyone on here knows that I am autistic so I do not need to show my completely illegible handwriting
