Repliers on Tiktok identified one of the adults who lived in the flat. Raquel Roderick. Her instagram has the ugly art she painted everywhere.

Ash, John, Nicolas, Castiel and Raquel Roderick; Nicholas Devereaux is Raquel's rather troony but male husband and I think the kid is theirs. Tbh I first thought this would be a MTF dungeon looking at it but I guess it's a bunch of NBs and 1 very unfortunate little boy and a bunch of cats.

Apparently they weren't paying rent for at least six months. Oh and the truck that had the stuff they did take ended up getting stolen according to her. That might be her lying trying to gain sympathy though as her Tiktok is full of excuses about her behavior.
