Powerchat is the premier platform for loathsome e-celebrity grifters to form parasocial relationships with their terminally online paypig scum.

Powerchat was previously known as loulz.tips, it is basically a PayPal funnel to feed the drug addicted societal menaces of ip2. Both of these services used Google Pay API and PayPal API. Google Pay is used widely because of its convenience with phones. PayPal is mainly used by merchants from ecommerce platforms such as eBay. The intention of Powerchat was to create a grift platform that is impervious to deplatforming. Here is how I think it works, the operation should be very similar to TornadoCash, a crypto tumbler. We also know that Powerchat offers two services, one with fees and one without for those who are friendly to America First or Loulz. Powerchat is supposedly co-owned by "Tim Baked Alaska Gionet", a violent insurrectionist and shapeshifting shyster clout-chasing cunt.
Fees
1. Paypig initiates a donation.
2. The donation is guided through one of the many shell LLC's merchant PayPal/Worldpay accounts.
3. The recipient receives the grift, with a small percentage subtracted.
This means whoever owns the web of LLCs has access to the paypig's dox if PayPal was used.
No-fees
1. Paypig initiates a donation.
2. The donation is funneled straight to the grifter.
3. A small fee may be charged due to currency differences.

If my tumbling theory to avoid deplatforming is true, then there could be a lot more LLCs. For example, Ethan Oliver Ralph's Pissful Sunset LLC and the """non-profit""" organisation America First Foundation can be used to funnel grift through business PayPal accounts.
Why am I emphasising on PayPal? It's simple, because PayPal hands your full dox over to the recipient if the payment was made for "goods and services". This is highly likely, since PayPal sometimes arbitrarily blocks payments between friends from drastically different countries, and even then, a high exchange fee is imposed on the payer. The standard fees for merchant transactions are 3% of the total payment and 30 cents.
Below are the information all recipient will be able to see. This is a very real transaction that I just screenshotted from my own PayPal. Obviously, I'm not showing the full thing. This should demonstrate why anyone must stay away from the platform, or at least use the Google option.
The seller won't be able to see the kind of card you used for the payment. Here is what's present:
- your full name
- your full address
- your email
- your valid phone number
- potentially, the company you work for, if you chose to surrender this information.
What if a sock account is used? This is a good question, using a sock account preferably with one of those virtual card generation services would also completely mitigate the risk of exposing yourself to the grifter &/or the catboy cult who are being investigated by the January the 6th MAGABoomer daycare committee. Normally, all PayPal accounts that receive over a certain amount of money must be legally verified, or else the funds are withheld for a long period of time.

I created the following sandbox account to screw with the code.
Credit card authentication uses MOD 10 checksum algorithm, it is quite easy to spoof. Here's a tip, if you want to test out some scammer website, use one of these fake numbers. If the site would actually send the fake number for authentication without intercepting it, congratulations -- you just cost the scammer 5 cents. Now put that in a loop to drain his Mumbai scam account.

Okay, what's a tl;dr on this? Simple, if you use your real PayPal account to pay, Powerchat has your full dox.
Powerchat doesn't actually require an account, one can use Litecoin to pay. If they make Monero an option, it'll actually be decent.
