WARP is pretty nice. Doesn't need an account or anything gay like that. The main two downsides are 1. cloudflare and 2. you can't change the location and the server will usually be pretty close to you, so no going on sites that are blocked in your area.

Proton VPN has a free tier that I use sometimes.

If there's better ones you should quote me and say so. Please don't start sperging about if proton keeps logs or not though, I don't care.
 
What are the best the best emails/forwarders? I once went on Tor to make a new Tutanota address and it said it recognized my IP address, was I imagining things?

That's happened to me before, they're getting pretty good at detecting people with multiple accounts. What I did was use my phone (on mobile data) to make the account in a browser that I wasn't signed into previously, seems like they don't care once you get past the actual registration process.

Tutanota limits the amount of accs can be use in relation to the amount of account connected to it. cock.li is the best pissmail and dnmx also

they don't recognize your ip address just that some one already made a account or multiple accounts with that ip

The main goal of a VPN is to keep my ISP from forwarding me C&D letters for piracy. Its been very effective at that.

My first was Area VPN, perfect connections and solid for torrents but has the most jank and ghetto UX you could ever ask for. You also have to contact them to cancel your subscription which is sketchy as fuck but hasn't had negative results.
I tried Express VPN for a month and while it was easy to set up and the UI was smooth it was slow as hell and I had multiple connection drops per session.
Mullvad has been near perfect even without activating more advanced features, I've only had one dropped connection but it's got a more stable killswitch and using a passcode for payments as opposed to an account is good for security too.
