Feedback Previous Highlight Button - Easier to navigate when quoting/referencing

I often run into this when I'm in a thread if I want to review previous highlights I have to click back pages, go to highlight, and then click that back button. A button next to "next highlight" would be useful for this manner of navigation ease especially when mobilefagging

I would like the buttons, including First Unread and Watch, at the bottom of the page as well as the top. At least on the new non-XenForo site.

Also, the "Next Highlight" button on top of the page always takes you to the next page (or wherever the next highlight is after that), even if there's a highlight on that page. So if there's a highlight on the current page, you completely skip it. That would make sense if the button was at the bottom of the page, but not when it's at the top.
