When the online space was in its yesteryears, video hosting or streaming sites were kinda new. Places like BlogTV, Justin.Tv, Stickam, Blip.tv became popular avenues for prospective holy rollers to dish out the faith. It’s arguably where some of the first cows came from, some of these people pre-dating Chris. They have really illustrious and robust histories of hilariously retarded behaviour going back into the 80s that’s surprisingly either not covered or not paid well attention to, even here.

It spawned into The Great Debate community and spilled over on to YouTube. That dissipated over time but it’s a rabbit hole worth delving into for how lulzy it is. People were jamming bananas up their ass on camera, people were screaming about how the moon isn’t real, people trying to scam people with fake “I’m losing my house” GoFundMes, a black guy screaming about there being no such thing as starving Africans. It was a greater time in history.

Public access television was the real start. It was the first time where retards were given an open platform with any kind of reach. That, or pirate radio stations even further back, but most of those were remembered fondly as being counter-culture movements and not a repository for psychos that weren't allow out over a licensed station. Public access television is almost universally remembered as a late night freak show.

In the vein of social justice, there were a bunch of shows on NYC public broadcasts that heavily featured content that pushed shit we would now consider woke. There was a talk show called "Goddesses" where a bunch of woman well over 350lbs would just talk about how beautiful they are and how skinny black men with enormous dicks would take them to the promise land. Had Null been born 20 years earlier, Goddesses would have been his Chantal thread.

man it just feels like pride month just isn't hitting the same way it used to. I think people are exhausted with fag shit in general especially now with how shit the economy is.
 
I am still being gay in the rainbow month even tho its too hot to go outside in daylight.

Eternally grateful my city moved Pride to October, all pride celebrations in the south should do the same.
