Apologies if this is a stupid question or is made clear somewhere I overlooked, but do donors have the ability to view profiles that other users can't? What other variables (aside from privacy settings) affect who can and can't view profiles?
I've noticed on a number of occasions that I will get the "this user limits who can view their profile" message on profiles that other users are actively viewing and interacting with. I assumed this was a donor perk that supersedes privacy settings, but on some occasions other users who are not donors have even been able to see profiles that I can't. I've also been told by a user whose profile I couldn't see but another non-donor could that they did not block me.
Any clarification would be appreciated.
