Project JUDGE - New Privet Detective Game from the makers of the Yakuza Series

Played the demo. It was short, like only took 25 minutes to complete. The xombat is pretty nice and there's two fighting styles. They reused a couple heat actions. There was some framerate issues in the cutscene when you first see Kamurocho streets.
Overall, I'm excited to see how the full game is. I'm not really into stealthy shit, but the detective stuff is cool.

I would be surprised if they don't bring it to pc a year down the line. I never thought we where going to get a yakuza game but we got both 0 and kiwami

I like the idea of an open-world action/legal thriller game. Especially if everything will be as interactive as the gameplay trailer promises, a lot of those detective games are far too removed in terms of experience, inevitably boiling down to a series of drop-down menu choices.

If this ever does come to PC, I'm gonna be the first one to make a really shitty Phoenix Wright mod of it.

Okay, cool. So... what about that new Yakuza game with the guy that looks like Kramer from Seinfeld? Are they silently dropping that one for this?

No, those are apparently 2 separate projects.
 
Looks like it was a good ass time for me to get back into Yakuza!
 
For the first time since I watched Doom Eternal at Quakecon, I have squeed in real life. Lord forgive me. This looks awesome.
