Dulcinea Rodion: Pierce Bleed & Rupture bloodfeast unit, self + 1 ally heal dependable, self + assorted ally buffer depending on skill used, enhanced skill 3 on 1st unique buff threshold, 1st unique buff gives defense level up and inflicts bleed when unit is hit (all sinners) and increases bleed and rupture potency on skills (Rodion only), 2nd unique buff increase damage against enemies with bleed and increases damage to skills that interact with bloodfeast


Fell Bullet Yi Sang: multicoin poise and bleed EGO, before attack increases poise based on resonance (bonus with pride resonance), first coin targets 1 enemy (solo) or ally with lowest health (team), on ally kill further increases poise and gives EGO resources, second coin targets 1 enemy (no ally death) or multiple enemies (ally death), dealing increased damage on crit depending on resonance and inflicting bleed on crit, corrosion works similar but deals more damage with resonance, and ally death gives more poise and EGO resources

Interesingly enough both Base and BL Sinclair with Branch of Knowledge are 4x weak to this (pierce and pride) and both have pride skills (Base skill 1, BL skill 3) so feed into pride resonance for this EGO, meaning they both can easily slot into a poise team and be a lamb led to slaughter to readily boost this EGO
ALSO also, round about way of doing it but killing 3+ BL allies will also feed into BL Meursaults passive In Memoriam, make of that what you will

That's a lot of bleed. Also possibly good for Rupture. It's nearly end season worthy with the strength and effects.

It can also work tactically since some units stick around too much without contributing. Better to get a fresh one with full stats.

Her guard is nice since you can gain bloodfeast from your units by purging their bleed count.

I like the way the game is going forward with that mentality. The sinner's lives are supposed to be disposable since Dante can reverse time. But that hasn't been reflected in gameplay, you were actively discouraged from taking losses before. The only time I remember having to bite the bullet was at the end of a mirror dungeon after I fucked up and couldn't reset the stage. Now with the new chain battle system and potential new EGOs or IDs that bennefit from ally death you are encouraged more to use your sinners as cannon fodder.

Edit: As of now we have WH Heathcliff reviving dead allies and Fell Bullet Yi-Sang benefitting from friendly fire. It would have been cool for the Middle IDs to gain a similar benefit to the enemies from ally deaths. I am still looking forwards to see what Kim is cooking.

She's pretty good, the self damage can be a little much in solo but she makes up for it with healing and ramps up pretty quickly. As soon as you get her conditionals going though she just unloads damage and fully heals after every attack. Was also looking for an excuse to post the song.

Trying Limbus out again, my only ID's are from my first pull are R corp Heathcliff, N corp Don, and the Shi Association Ishmael you get by default. Is it better to keep pulling or is it better to save for walpurgisnacht?

Early on its good to roll to get a decent lineup, but saving for WN is the standard. You can borrow IDs from people on your friend list for story chapters and thread/exp lux, but you can't for MD which is where the main loop of the game ends up. The next WN won't be for another month or two.

If you didn't get far in the game and have the patience for it it might be worth just starting a fresh account and rerolling until you get a few more 000 to start out with. With what you got you'll still be able to clear a decent amount of content without trouble though.

You can box previous WN id's during WN, so in your case its better to just pull during rate ups for a character you don't have much with.

I want to show this to someone, the fruits of my lunacy. I wanted to add a rupture team to my MD team rotation for extra bonuses. Instead of the usual sinking, bleed, burn, charge and tremor. Since I haven't really uptied any rupture units, I thought of making this absolute schizophrenic team.

Yes, a rupture and bleed hybrid. With the only uptied 4 units being LM Rodya and Priest Greg. The results? It needed a few gifts to get going, but I managed to 2 turn the 4th and 5th bosses. They got drained by the bleed and subsequently destroyed by rupture. The units used where the ones level 34-45. It needs more bleed count and less rupture potency. I planned on using Barber Outis, but I don't have her as a unit yet. The main drawback is the lack of sloth EGO resources.

I'm disappointed the new San EGO corrosion animation really was an error screen rather than it being something too horrific to show on Youtube. Looking at the videos using it, it doesn't seem to be as reliable and hard hitting hitting as Everlasting, and in generally not seem a good fit for poise teams which take a lot of resources invested in other characters to make them do a lot of damage.

Vamp Rodion looks sweet tho, I'll wait a few more banners to use my assured 000 id to assuredly get a character I already own.
