ProjectMoon Megathread - Lobotomy Corporation, Library of Ruina, Limbus Company, etc.

Playing Mirror Dungeon with new Don (didn't want to waste resources for yet another Rodion with Tremor). She's pretty good clasher and -3 to clash might not lead to fancy numbers but could probably make a huge difference with story battles. I have no idea what her freezing enemy ability does, but it's pretty cool to see a lot of numbers in the end of the turn.

Edit: Finished it. I really like that ID, clashes like a motherfucker, which Tremor IDs are surprisingly not very good at. Her 3 skill is some weird self own because she doesn't get to enjoy the statistics of the fuck ton of damage from it. In general Tremor is really fun now and has a lot of options how to fuck with enemies.

Idk if anyone else noticed this, but they removed the mirror world tab in the identity archives. This suggests that they might be thinking of adding more id's from older chapters.

RR4 preview

New Bosses are what was expected, the EGO from the battlepass
Also its seems we might finally see what the Envy Peccatula looks like
At roughly the 34 second mark you can see the opponents are our sinners N Corp IDs, but in a purple haze, educated guess would be if we ever fight Envy peccatula in the future it would be a relection of our sinners IDs

They also say at around 36 seconds that the peccatula are supposed to be monsters but these ones look just like us, so I'd say them being copies/reflections is very likely

Review for the new RR: It's way easier than the previous ones. Got the goal of under 100 turns on my first try without changing teams between stages and a lot of my EGOs aren't fully uptied.

It's no wonder that the rewards feel like a lot less than the ones from previous seasons. The only really complicated part is the envy peccatula and the fact that they also have the back up mechanic, use meta teams that the community has already made and they also have access to fully uptied EGO and IDs that you haven't unlocked. Mind you that I spent a lot of extra turns dealing with the electric sheep because I didn't read it's mechanics and just slowly cooked it into grilled sheep.

Edit: Advice on the last encounter. DO NOT LET SUNSHOWER HEATHCLIFF DISTORT. More often than not it will nuke both sides. But while the enemy team can recover, you will be left struggling to recover and prep for the second wave. I wonder if that's the intended way to play Sunshower Heath by el Director, to use him as a nuke.

Finished the RR it was by far the shortest one. I like that the stations are separated into waves since it makes EGOs changing passives and resistance more meaningful, there's a lot less screens to click through, and you just have more options immediately out of the gate. The envy enemies coin flips seem rigged like a lot of recent stuff, with 0 sanity but getting all heads out the gate and usually getting max speed is absurd. Everything was squishy enough though that its not much of an issue and there's a nice pace to the battles, even feeling close to LoR for once. Didn't get a great run but I think I'll give it another go soon.

Not a unique thought but it really just seemed like a test run for a potential asynchronous PVP mode.

This is easily my favorite RR. It reminds me a lot of mid game Ruina and I think the sudden new strategy of AoE nuking down an ego tripping Ishmael into stagger added a lot.

Where do people think the asynchronous PVP is coming from? I don’t really see the logic. I guess you could load peoples shared units but I can’t imagine the winrate for AI controlled fights being anywhere above 5%

It's just speculation. PM does tend to add the abnormalities and encounter of RRs into MDs. My take is that they are going to add the envy peccatula into the abno pool of encounter mid dungeon. It would be cool if it coppied the units from another player, but realitically I think that they'll go with premade teams from the devs.

The envy fights just seem like a good way of testing the feasibility of the system. Even though I liked the fights I don't know if it would be a good feature or how well it could even be implemented.

Tried RR again and got a decent turn count, shaved 20 turns off of my last attempt. There's still some stuff I know I could improve with better EGO and coin management especially on the envy fights. Only other thing I can think of is dispensing Cavernous Wailing for Hong to set up proper nukes. Definitely happy with the run though.

I almost made to to sub-100. You all are right when you say that his RR is pretty easy.
So far, I haven't had any super frustrating moments from this RR that wasn't due to my own decisions since I went in with a couple of under-leveled sinners.
I restarted after leveling up my sinners and I hope I can finish it before the season ends.

I truly believed this would have been the one since it would have relatively lined up with NClair and Captain Ish. Getting a W Corp identity before the Warp Train event just seems odd unless we end up with a trailer on Friday but I really doubt that. Rodya is also way past due for a 000 and I thought she would have gotten her W Corp ID with the event.
