ProjectMoon Megathread - Lobotomy Corporation, Library of Ruina, Limbus Company, etc.

Okay finished the challenges. You can pretty much do everything (bar the crit challenge, maybe) in hard mode with Manager Don. It's not even funny how the ID is completely busted. I didn't really get to enjoy the new ids that much. They do look like they'll be fantastic for future poise mirror runs and general events.

Edit: Also Gear Priestess Faust confirmed (kind of a waste since she already has a good tremor ID) and it's interesting what Sinclair thinks on the Gear Church.

The Full Stop passive effect also mentions The Marksman Distortion from DD, and as he's an extended Der Freishutz reference it probably means well get "Outis, The Marksman" somewhere down the line.

Speaking of, Sinclair appears in the art with the duo. And the team programmed smoke into the game so there probably will be other factions who use it.

Didn't really get what was the deal with the vision at the end of the event.

It's just Argalia, although his face being blocked out makes me suspect that it's actually somebody else who takes on Argalia's role in the Mirror World/scenario. The comment about her father is the same, as Eileen's father invented the gear technology and was probably working with Argalia before Roland killed him.
Argalia saves Eileen normally but Hong Lu's Fullstop Office seem more competent and better suited to taking out the Church of Gears then their normal time line counterpart, then in the Walpurgisnacht Scenario the LCB team have an even easier time than Hong Lu's fullstop.

I was very skeptical of the Full-Stop IDs from the trailer and previews but after playing around with them for a few days they are great, granted that you have both or Hong Lu. If you only have one, Hong Lu would be the one to have since he is very capable on his own and fits well into a poise team. On the off chance you run out of ammo his melee attacks work and while the loss of the on hit effects is noticeable his reload on D2 really helps keep him alive and viable.

Heathcliff on the other hand isn't bad if he's the only one you got, but he is very very limited. Great damage and clashing on all of his skills but he runs out of ammo fast. He's built for dealing big damage on his S3 by building up effects on S1 and S2 and then swapping out for a replacement. He has a reload but to activate he needs to reenter so you're limited to the Devyat units on field timing a retreat after he leaves, or as an anchor that switches in after he's gone. Refielding him in general doesn't seem viable in anything that matters but if you really wanted to I think the former is the better option.

Together they're great and really play off of each other for some great possibilities. For every S2 and S3 Hong Lu uses you have a chance or a guarantee on an extra S2 attack from Heathcliff while he's on the field. Once per turn Heathcliff's defense skills get a free attack from Hong Lu on dodge or guard. Combining both of those effectively can really let you maintain field time, damage output and coin management. Once you finally get your nuke out with Heathcliff and he's gone Hong Lu gets a buff making a strong unit even stronger.

This was from an MDH run earlier to see how well they worked together. Also seems like there could be some interesting challenge runs people do in the future with Heathcliff given his fail state for running out of ammo.

how do you get the 7+ kills one with don? I know yearning mircalla can do it but it leaves the brutes with like 4 health everytime even with max blood, do i just have to get lucky and have a brute spawn as the first enemy then weaken it and then use mircalla? is there any support passive that would help give her more damage to be able to kill the brutes?

Shi Heath, Maracas Sinc and Tingtang Lu are a classic. Basically any support you have that increases damage that's negligible in regular battles but has massive effect with one character getting all the buffs at once. Also don't forget to chain Lust.

Both FS Heath and FS Hong Lu are great.
Heathcliff is very interesting to run. His skill one is on par with weaker skill 2s, but you never want to use it, instead using Combat Poise to get Hong Lu to make up for the damage loss. His S2 is good, and with Hong Lu he gets to use it almost every turn. ALHVPR is on par with Manager Don's enhanced skill 3 with less prerequisites, and going for bullseye isn't too much weaker. Taking Cover is mostly just a "you should have used ALHVPR by now" skill, meant to keep you from just holding on to a pocket nuke. He also has great synergy with Fell Bullet, allowing you to do wacky things like procing The Lucky Cig an extra 3 times.
Hong Lu however is more passively good. He basically just burns ammo using his obscene skills. Even when he runs out, he just becomes an above average 000 ID. Probably best to run Heath on the field rather than trying to take advantage of his enhanced skills.
Magic Bullet Outis is... okay? It definitely makes L:MB Outis feel like a complete ID as opposed to a status crutch. However, -25SP on an ID that already has SP problems hurts to use.
Heathcliff is probably the must get, followed closely by Hong Lu. MB Outis is there, can probably carry you through the event, but probably won't see use outside of MD.

What is the point of trying to pull it 10 times?

I'm pretty sure this has been said before, but the worst part of the retreat/backup passives is that the substitute units start at 0 SP.

The railways avoided this by giving units bonus dependent on their backup order, but this isn't present for normal fights it doesn't feel good to field a unit with 0 SP only for them to get bodied.

I've been using FS Heath as a mini nuke with his atelier bullet. Once he runs out of ammo, I bring him back in with UberEats Rodion. I don't think it's very efficient, but it's pretty fun.

Looks more like ID art to me, she already has a burn EGO as well so it seems redundant to give her two. Looking forward to finally benching Greg and Meur.

I don't bother with too many of them in story stuff, but for MD by floor 2 everything is just exploding at the end of the turn so there's no time for her to build up anything anyway.
