Rhetoric like this only harms the cause of child protection. It's "hanged", not "hung".

Yeah, B4U-Act has been sporadically talked about on here in the past.

I talked about it a bit in the Susie Green thread a few years ago (with some interesting commentary by @Geranium).

And yeah, it's yet another "good pedos who just want some help uwu" group, except it's like a methadone clinic where a dope dealer is trolling outside for new clients.

The tragic irony is that teaching kids that an adult isn't shouldn't be touching them in a certain way (and probably that the kid shouldn't feel embarrassed to tell someone- it's the adults fault not them) make them more able to tell someone if they are being abused. Only these arguments are being co-opted by the worst possible people. OP I appreciate the section where you pointed out WHY they are able to initially look legitimate on the surface rather than just labeling the entire site and therefore the arguments for things like sex ed they are stealing from outsiders as all pedo rethoric. (Before someone gets it wrong - No I am not talking about the pro kid fucking ones. I'm talking about the things that look normal on the surface. Like being pro sex ed or saying that some systems have been used to for bigotry under guise of "protecting the children" or ending up on the sex offender registry for pissing in public).

That article about child trafficking victims (I refuse to call them "prostitutes") biggest enemy being the police is probably full of shit but the title alone reminds me of TERFS talking about the Nordic model for prostitutes where being a prostitute isn't illegal but buying the services from one is, I assume so that someone stuck in that situation doesn't have to chose between getting help and not getting arrested. Though I don't think that child sex trafficking victims get arrested the way adult prostitutes do.
