Besides the obvious "any game from a Japanese developer won't be political" answer, I suppose most racing games and sports games are unpoliticizable unless they forced kneeling during the anthem into Madden (I wouldn't know, I haven't played a Madden game released on any console that is not the Sega Genesis).

As someone who recently came into possession of a PS4 myself, I'm less concerned about avoiding games with hamfisted politics than I am with avoiding games that don't offer a complete single-player campaign without requiring additional microtransactions to get the full experience.

Games can have female protagonists and not be political, though. The first PS4 game I'm likely to buy for myself since it's on the bargain racks at Walmart is Tales of Berseria which prominently features a female character on the cover, but JRPG's featuring non-politicized female protagonists are pretty common. The first JRPG I ever played was Phantasy Star on the Sega Master System, which also had a female protagonist.

But seriously, if you base every choice in media you make off of the creator's personal opinions, you'll go fucking crazy. You'd be shocked by how many pieces of media you enjoy were probably made by assholes. For example, Warren Spector, the creator of Deus Ex 1, one of the most celebrated PC games of all time is a whiny bitch who complained about Lollipop Chainsaw being an exploitative gorefest, even though DX1 lets you kill children and Tomonobu Itagaki, creator of DOA and the 3D Ninja Gaidens (Sigma 1 on PS3 is one of my favorite hack n slashes of all time) is an asshat who called DOA5 "racist".

weeb games are always going to the best. Just enjoy the games without having to deal with pandering unless it's to pander to people who love tiddy

The new Hitman is fucking great, you get to kill leftie terrorists and right wing politicians, but I've shilled that enough. Just Cause is pretty great, just flying about and blowing shit up. The new Ratchet & Clank is fine gameplay-wise if you can stomach the cringeworthy "#Gadgetron" dialogue. That's all I can think of when it comes to politically neutral shit, but Kingdom Come: Deliverance pissed off a lot of SJWs, if you really care about that.
