The orange spiral in the bottom right hand corner identifys this as coming from Clickhole. Clickhole is satire. The images they post are not real. They are meant to be laughed at, and not to be taken seriously. No one else actually wants to do this. If you find yourself wanting to do this, don't assume other people do too. You are a sick individual and need to seek professional psychiatric help.

Allow me to correct the record here, sites like Clickhole and The Babylon Bee purport to be 'satire' but this is just a cover for their true insidious nature, the dissemination of harmful right wing misinformation.
 
Next you're gonna tell me Twitter is full of histrionic idiots.
